Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1 cup brown suga
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops.
  • Brush the pork chops with olive oil.
  • Grill the pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Brush the BBQ sauce over the pork chops during the last 2-3 minutes of grilling.
  • Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
