Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until lightand fluffy using an electric mixer.
Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture into the mixing bowl, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of spacebetween each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to coolcompletely.
