- 6 slices bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- ¾ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 8-ounce) bottle of Ranch-style salad dressing
Begin by placing the eggs in a saucepan and covering them completely with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the saucepan and remove it from the heat. Allow the eggs to sit for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool them down, peel them and chop them.
While the eggs are cooking, take a large and deep skillet and place the bacon in it. Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until it turns evenly brown, which should take around 7 to 10 minutes. Once done, drain the bacon, crumble it, and set it aside.
Take individual plates and divide the shredded lettuce among them. Top the lettuce with rows of bacon, eggs, chicken,tomatoes, blue cheese, green onions, and avocado.
