Ingredients

pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2
cloves garlic, minced
2
tablespoons olive oil
1
teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2
teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
