Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
  • Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
