Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
Sprinkle the baking powder mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
In a separate bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
