Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil.
Grill the pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Brush the BBQ sauce over the pork chops during the last 2-3 minutes of grilling.
Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
