Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chopped nuts, sliced berries

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Add the cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide the pudding into serving bowls or jars, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Top with whipped cream, chopped nuts, or sliced berries, if desired.
