Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide the pudding into serving bowls or jars, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Top with whipped cream, chopped nuts, or sliced berries, if desired.
