medium zucchinis

Marinara sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the zucchini noodles. Use a spiralizer to cut the zucchinis into noodles.
Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they are just tender.
Season the zucchini noodles with salt and pepper.
Serve the meatballs with the zucchini noodles and marinara sauce (if desired).
