Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  • Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the prepared baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  • Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown
  • Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts hot as a side dish.
