Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the prepared baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown
