To make the dough, combine the flour, egg, water, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Kneadthe dough on a floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
To make the filling, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.Mix until well combined.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is very thin. Cut the dough into small squares, about 1 inch insize.
Place a small amount of the meat filling onto each square. Fold the square in half to form a triangle andpinch the edges together to seal.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the dumplings to the water and cook for about 15 minutes oruntil they float to the top.
To make the sauce, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
To serve, place the cooked dumplings onto a plate. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce and melted butter. Sprinklewith paprika and dried mint.
