large head broccoli, chopped into small florets

oz mushrooms, sliced
1
onion, chopped
3
cloves garlic, minced
2
tbsp coconut oil
2
tbsp coconut aminos
1
tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is slightly softened.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and continue to sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened
Serve the stir-fry hot and enjoy!
