Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and honey.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
  • Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  • Grease the waffle iron with a little bit of coconut oil.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the waffle iron and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve the waffles warm with your favorite toppings, such as fresh berries, almond butter, or maple syrup.
