Instructions
Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and honey.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Grease the waffle iron with a little bit of coconut oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the waffle iron and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the waffles warm with your favorite toppings, such as fresh berries, almond butter, or maple syrup.
