In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the meatballs are cooking, make the cranberry glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries,maple syrup, water, balsamic vinegar, and dried thyme. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and then reduce heat to medium-low. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle the cranberry glaze over the meatballs and serve. Enjoy!
