cups of all-purpose flour

teaspoons of salt

teaspoons of sugar

teaspoons of instant yeast

tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
Add the olive oil and warm water and stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10-15 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it hasdoubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
On a floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into a circle about 6-8 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thick.
Place the circles of dough onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until the breadis puffed up and lightly browned.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
