Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale yellow in color.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is well combined.
In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange them in a single layer in the bottom of a9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, spreading it evenly.
Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture.
Sift the cocoa powder over the top of the tiramisu.
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Before serving, garnish with shaved chocolate, if desired.
