Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs chicken wing
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 salt salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle the baking powder mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter.
  • Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious and keto-friendly baked chicken wings!
