Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken breast, halved red grapes, slicedalmonds, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro
  • In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, currypowder, ground ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss well to combine.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors tomeld together
  • Serve chilled.
