Ingredients
- 1 lbs chicken wing
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 salt salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the baking powder mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
