Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, chopped nuts, sliced berries
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
