Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, chopped into small florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is slightly softened.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and continue to sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened
- Serve the stir-fry hot and enjoy!
