- 4 cups broccoli florets bite-sized
- 4 cups cauliflower florets bite-sized
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ cups parmesan cheese fresh, shredded
- salt& pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 450°F.
- Wash the broccoli and cauliflower, and then dry them thoroughly.
