Strawberry Sorbet

Deliciously fresh and healthy Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, untilthe sugar dissolves.
  • Add the strawberry puree and lemon juice to the saucepan and stir to combine.
  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until itreaches a sorbet consistency.
  • Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Enjoy your refreshing and delicious strawberry sorbet!
