ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

cup
unsweetened cocoa powder

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
sea salt
1/4

almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, coconut flakes, freshberries
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, blend together the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanillaextract, and sea salt until smooth.
While the food processor or blender is running, slowly pour in the almond milk and blend until the mixtureis creamy and well-combined
Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
Optional: top with chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or fresh berries before serving.
