Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, coconut flakes, freshberries

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, blend together the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanillaextract, and sea salt until smooth.
  • While the food processor or blender is running, slowly pour in the almond milk and blend until the mixtureis creamy and well-combined
  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
  • Optional: top with chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or fresh berries before serving.
  • Enjoy your rich and creamy chocolate avocado mousse!
