vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Dippers: strawberries, bananas, pound cake, pretzels,marshmallows, etc.
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Remove the pan from heat and add the chopped chocolate, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Stir until thechocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a fondue pot or a serving bowl.
Place the fondue pot or bowl over a low flame or hot water bath to keep the chocolate warm and melted.
Serve with your choice of dippers, such as strawberries, bananas, pound cake, pretzels, and marshmallows.
