- 4 pounds of chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Creamy Buffalo Sauce
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce (Franks RedHot is my favourite)
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3 Tablespoons butter (melted)
- 3 Tablespoons ground Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoons fresh parsley (finely minced)
Honey Bbq Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to 425 degrees F
Prepare the sauces.
Mix Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and serve warm.
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and serve warm.
Prep the wings: Pat the wings dry and season on all sides with salt and pepper. Spray or drizzle avocado oil on the wings.
Grill the wings by placing them directly on the grill grates, closing the lid, and flipping them every 3-5 minutes for 15-20 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 170-175 degrees F.
Remove the wings from the grill and toss them in the sauce or drizzle the sauce on top. Serve immediately
