Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with the marinade until they are well coated.
Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
