Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheese, green onions, and cooked bacon.
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each one about 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.Serve warm.
