  • 8 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, green onions, and cooked bacon.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each one about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.Serve warm.
