Instructions
In a large bowl, combine watermelon, feta cheese, and chopped mint leaves
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the watermelon mixture and toss gently to coat.
