Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are cooking, make the cranberry glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries,maple syrup, water, balsamic vinegar, and dried thyme. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and then reduce heat to medium-low. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
  • Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Drizzle the cranberry glaze over the meatballs and serve. Enjoy!
