Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, coconut flakes, freshberries
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, blend together the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanillaextract, and sea salt until smooth.
- While the food processor or blender is running, slowly pour in the almond milk and blend until the mixtureis creamy and well-combined
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
- Optional: top with chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or fresh berries before serving.
