Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pounds of chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Creamy Buffalo Sauce

  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce (Franks RedHot is my favourite)
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 Tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 3 Tablespoons ground Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoons fresh parsley (finely minced)

Honey Bbq Sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to 425 degrees F
  • Prepare the sauces.
  • Mix Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and serve warm.
  • Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and serve warm.
  • Prep the wings: Pat the wings dry and season on all sides with salt and pepper. Spray or drizzle avocado oil on the wings.
  • Grill the wings by placing them directly on the grill grates, closing the lid, and flipping them every 3-5 minutes for 15-20 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 170-175 degrees F.
  • Remove the wings from the grill and toss them in the sauce or drizzle the sauce on top. Serve immediately
