Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1 cup brown suga
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops.
- Brush the pork chops with olive oil.
- Grill the pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Brush the BBQ sauce over the pork chops during the last 2-3 minutes of grilling.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
