  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 pinches of dried oregano
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper


  • Begin by gathering all the required ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Take a glass or nonstick baking dish and coat the bottom with just enough olive oil to cover it
  • Peel and wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  • Add the sweet potatoes to the baking dish and stir them to coat with olive oil. Sprinkle some oregano, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for around 1 hour or until the sweet potatoes are soft and fork-tender.
