Greek Yoghurt and Berry Smoothie

Deliciously fresh and healthy Greek yoghurt and berry smoothie.

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Add the frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
